The system will "Ignore" Free Surfers and search down to find the 1st Qualified
Consultant or Executive in each leg. This Consultant or Executive will "Roll Up" to be your 1st Level.

2 Customer Rule

In order to earn downline bonuses through the iNetGlobal Compensation Plan on sales other than your own personal sales (Downline Sales), you must have at least two (2) customers each month. These may be Direct Customers, Preferred Customers, or Personal Customers.

51% Rule

In addition, at least 51% of the Personal Sales Volume (PSV) that is credited to you each month must be generated by sales made to customers. A customer is an individual or entity who purchases iNetGlobal products from or through an IMC and is not also a participant in the iNetGlobal Compensation Plan. If you do not have at least two personal customers, or if at least 51% of your Personal Sales Volume in a month is not derived from sales made to customers, you will earn commissions based on your own personal sales only. If you have only two customers and one of them becomes a Consultant, you will be required to obtain a new customer in order to continue earning multilevel compensation.

To insure compliance with these Customer Rules we have created an
Online Sales Manager which is available in your Back Office.

Sales Verification

In order receive commissions, bonuses, or other compensation that is based on sales made by other IMCs in your Sales Team you must complete the iNetGlobal sales verification form each month through the Online Sales Manager in your iNetGlobal Back Office. If the verification form is not completed, or if the Company determines that any of the information entered on the form was entered fraudulently, you will not receive such compensation and iNetGlobal may take disciplinary action as set forth in the Policies and Procedures. The Sales Manager form is accessed through the IMC’s replicated iNetGlobal website back office. The Company may periodically contact the customers identified in IMCs’ sales verification forms to verify that the reported retail sales actually took place.

It’s easy to begin with iNetGlobal. You can join by purchasing an iNetGlobal Internet Marketing Consultant Sales Kit. With this kit, you can start your business immediately!
The annual cost of the Kit is $59.95. It includes:

The Sales Kit purchase is required to become an IMC. (North Dakota residents obtain the Sales Kit
without the ATM Debit V-card at no charge, and may purchase the optional V-Card debit card separately).
With iNetGlobal, you’ll be an Internet Marketing Consultant or IMC. There are great incentives to
personally sell our products and services to customers.
Customers
Did you know that you can sell iNetGlobal products and services to three types of customers? Yes,
it’s true.
Personal Customers are individuals or entities who purchase any iNetGlobal product or service
from an IMC that are held by the IMC in his/her inventory. IMCs may sell any of iNetGlobal’s products or services to their personal customers at any price they choose. The difference between what
an IMC paid for the product or service and the price an IMC charges a personal customer is the
IMC’s retail profit.
Whenever an IMC makes a sale to a Personal Customer, the selling IMC must submit notice of the
sale to the Company by registering the sale through the Retail Sales Manager in their Back Office.
(See Retail Sales Verification below).
Direct Customers are individuals or entities who purchase any of iNetGlobal’s products or services
through an IMC’s replicated iNetGlobal website. Sales made to Direct Customers generate Personal Sales Volume (PSV) for the IMC who generated the sale and the IMC will receive Retail Sales
Commissions on those sales.
Preferred Customers are individuals or entities who purchase any of iNetGlobal’s products or services on a monthly recurring basis with a minimum $20 purchase commitment per month.
Preferred Customers will benefit you as an iNetGlobal Consultant in several ways:
 When you enroll a Preferred Customer, you earn a Fast Start Bonus (FSB) immediately on
their purchase, plus a sales commission every month that they pay for their services – simple

 When a new Preferred Customer signs up through one of your existing Preferred Customer’s
websites, you, the IMC, receive the sales commissions and Fast Start Bonus (FSB)

 All of the sales to your Preferred Customers count toward your Personal Sales Volume each
month.
Personal Activity
IMC’s receive Personal Sales Volume (PSV) from the sales volume from personal purchases as well
as from the sales volume from orders placed by their Direct Customers and Preferred Customers.
When you have 20 points of Personal Sales Volume (PSV) in a calendar month, you are an “active”
Consultant. When you have 40 points of Personal Sales Volume (PSV) in a calendar month, you are
an “active” Executive.
Active Consultants and Executives are eligible in the next calendar month to earn commissions on
sales made to your Direct Customers and Preferred Customers.
To be eligible to earn bonuses on sales to your level one Consultants and other Consultants below
them, you must also be a “qualified” Consultant.
Qualified
An IMC who is eligible to earn multilevel compensation in the iNetGlobal Compensation Plan is
called a “qualified” IMC. To be qualified, an IMC must comply with the 51% Retail Sales Rule (the
“51% Rule”, the Two Retail Customer Rule (the “Two Customer Rule”), and must also be “active.”
IMCs do not need to be qualified to earn retail commissions on sales to their Retail Customers.
Retail Customers include:
 Direct Customers
 Preferred Customers
 Personal Customers (“Personal Customers” sales to a customer from the IMC’s inventory)

51% Retail Sales Rule
Under the 51% Rule, at least 51% of an IMC’s monthly Personal Sales Volume (PSV) must be generated by sales to Retail Customers.
For an IMC’s sales to his or her Personal Customers to count toward meeting the 51% Rule, the IMC
must submit a monthly Retail Sales Verification Form. This form is available through the Retail Sales
Manager in each IMC’s iNetGlobal Back Office. The Retail Sales Verification Form must be completed and submitted to the Company by the last day of the each month.
Two Retail Customer Rule
After an IMC’s first 30 days as an IMC *, the IMC must make sales of iNetGlobal products or services
to at least two (2) Retail Customers each month.
For an IMC’s sales to his or her Personal Customers to count toward meeting the Two Customer
Rule, the IMC must submit a monthly Retail Sales Verification Form. This form is available through
the Retail Sales Manager in each IMC’s iNetGlobal Back Office. The Retail Sales Verification Form
must be completed and submitted to the Company by the last day of the each month.
If an IMC has only two Retail Customers and one or both of the Retail Customers enrolls as an IMC,
the IMC must replace his/her former Retail Customer(s) with new Retail Customer(s) in order to satisfy the Two Retail Customer requirement. It is therefore recommended that IMCs build their businesses by developing a large and stable base of Retail Customers.
* For example, if an IMC’s application date is January 5, the Two Customer Rule takes effect for the
IMC on March 1, as February is the IMC’s first full month.
Team Building
There are equally great incentives to build a team of IMC’s. When you share the iNetGlobal income
opportunity with others, as an active IMC you will receive bonuses and overrides paid on the purchases of other IMC’s and their customers. Direct commissions, overrides, and bonuses are all part
of the iNetGlobal Multi-Level Compensation Plan.
You’re in control. You decide how big your business will be. The larger your efforts, the greater your
rewards!
At iNetGlobal, we operate on Internet time, so unlike other companies, we calculate and pay commissions and bonuses DAILY.
6 Ways to Get Paid
Thirty-five percent of INetGlobal’s daily commissionable sales are allocated to compensating IME’s
under the Compensation Plan. If actual compensation earned under the Compensation Plan ever
exceeds this amount, there will be a pro-rata reduction in commissions with the exception of the Customer Sales Commission. Welcome to iNetGlobal!

How IMC’s Get Paid
#1: Retail Customer Sales Commissions
When you sell our products and services through your personal iNetGlobal website to Direct Customers at
retail prices and to Preferred Customers at preferred customer prices, you will earn a Customer Sales
Commission. The percentage of commission earned varies based upon the compensation plan title you
qualify for each month. We call this your “paid-as” title.
To earn a Customer Commission, you must be active with $20 in Personal Sales Volume in the previous
month.
#2: Fast Start Bonuses
iNetGlobal Fast Start Bonuses provide an excellent source of both immediate and ongoing income
for new and established iNetGlobal Marketing Consultants (IMCs).
Upon the first iNetGlobal product package purchase of each new Preferred Customer, in addition to
other bonuses, a Fast Start Bonus is paid to the qualified IMC who makes the sale. If the IMC who
made the sale is not qualified, the Fast Start Bonus will be paid to the first upline IMC who is qualified.

#3: Level Bonuses
Qualified consultants can earn Level Bonuses on up to six levels of qualified downline consultants. The
number of levels varies based on one’s paid-as title. Beyond the first level, unqualified IMC’s are
skipped and don’t count as levels. This means you can earn Level Bonuses on sales to consultants
more than 6 levels deep in your organization!
Consultants who are active, but not qualified, do not receive level bonuses; they are only eligible for
Commissions on their Retail Customers’ purchases.
#4: Leadership Bonuses
Leadership Bonuses are paid to qualified Gold, Platinum, and Diamond Executives when they meet
leadership bonus requirements. These bonuses are paid on levels 7, 8, 9, and 10.

If a qualified Gold Executive or above does not meet leadership bonus requirements, the Leadership
Bonus will roll up to the first qualified Gold Executive or above who is eligible to earn it.
#5: Infinity Bonuses
Qualified Blue Diamond Executives (and above) earn Infinity Bonuses.
An infinity bonus is a bonus that is paid through unlimited depth on all of the sales volume of
consultants in a Blue Diamond Executives (or above) downline beginning with his 2
nd
level
and continuing down, including the next 5 qualified Blue Diamond Executives (or above) in
his downline. The Infinity Bonus replaces Leadership Bonus on Levels 7-10. The Infinity
bonus when added to level bonus on levels 2-6 increases the total level bonus to 4% for
Blue Diamond Executives (or above).
#6: Royalty Bonuses
Qualified Black Diamond Ambassadors (and above) earn Royalty Bonuses.
A Royalty Bonus is a bonus that is paid upon generations. Every qualified Black Diamond
Ambassador earns a Royalty Bonus upon the personal sales volume of his or her
organization.
An organization begins with the first level consultants of a Black Diamond Ambassador and
continues down to but excluding the next qualified Black Diamond Ambassador or above
and his or her downline.
The number of generations through which Royalty Bonuses are paid is based on the paid-as
title of the Black Diamond Ambassador or above.

Payments of Earnings
iNetGlobal uses V-cash, a service of Cash Cards International, as its method of payment. Everyone
that signs up, even Free Surfers, are issued a V-Cash account.
You can “cash out” your iCash to your V-Cash account through your back office one time per day.
The minimum amount to cash out is $50 and the maximum varies based on your status.

From your V-Cash account, you may request payments by check, wire transfer or to a V-Card debit

Consultant (IMC)
You’ll begin as a Consultant of iNetGlobal.
To be active for daily commission runs this month, you’ll have 20 points or more of Personal Sales
Volume (PSV) from last month. If you’re in your first 30 days as an IMC, the 20 points can be generated from PSV this month.
As an active Consultant, you will earn a 5% Customer Commission on the orders placed by your Direct Customers and Preferred Customers and a 5% Level Bonus on the commissionable volume of
the Consultants and customers on level one of your downline organization.
When you are qualified by meeting the 51% Retail Sales and the Two Customer rules, you will also
earn Level Bonuses of 2% upon the personal sales volume of IMC’s on your 2

Gold Executive (Gold)
When in a single calendar month you meet each of the following:
a. are active with 40 points of Personal Sales Volume (PSV);

d. generate $2,000 or more in Group Volume (note: this is a one-time requirement);
e. have been a Consultant for at least one month.

When you are paid as a Gold Executive, like a Consultant, you’ll continue to earn Customer Commissions and Level 1 Bonuses but these will each double from 5% to 10%. Your Level Bonuses on

days of their IMC application anniversary date.

Definitions
Active
Beginning with the first day of the second full month as an IMC, an IMC is active when he or she
has 20 points of Personal Sales Volume (PSV) in the previous calendar month. To be Active as a
Gold Executive or higher, one must have 40 points of PSV.
Active Leg
An active leg is a leg that contains at least one Active Consultant.
AdPacs
AdPacs are Advertising Credits that entitle a customer to have his/her website added to
iNetGlobal’s iNetSurf PPV platform.
AdRotator
AdRotator is the iNetSurf Pay Per View Platform. Ads display in random order or “Rotate” on the
AdView Platform.
Advertising Program
iNetGlobal offers different ways for its i members and customers to advertise on the Internet.
These include Acesse Search Engine Advertising, Text Ads – Banner Ads, iNetSurf Pay-Per-View
(PPV), Web Site Ads on the PPV Platform, V-Local – Local Advertising Directory, Directory Listings
– Classified Ads, Event Announcements – Coupons, and V-Newswire – Press Release Service.
Bonus
A bonus is compensation to an IMC for meeting certain sales criteria based on the type of bonus
given.
Commissions
Commissions are payments made to an IMC for sale of products and services to their own
personal Customers or level 1 IMCs, or from Level 1 Preferred Customers.
Customer Commission
Active IMC’s earn a Customer Commission on commissionable product and service orders placed
through an IMC’s personal e-commerce website.
Direct Customer
A Direct Customer is an individual or entity who purchases iNetGlobal products or services through
an IMC’s replicated iNetGlobal website. Direct Customers purchase on a one-time or occasional
basis only. They do not participate in the Preferred Customer program.
Downline(s)
As a method to grow the company distribution channel, an IMC has the opportunity to introduce our
company to others who desire to become an IMC. The new IMC is placed under the sponsoring
IMC in the distribution channel structure. Downline is a term used to describe the IMC’s on level
one and all of the IMC’s below that IMC.
Dynamic Compression
Dynamic compression is a method of calculating bonuses where a bonus is paid out to only active
and qualified consultants. To insure a complete bonus amount is paid out, the computer tracking Welcome to iNetGlobal!

system, when paying bonuses, will ignore Free Surfers, Customers, and inactive and unqualified
Consultants to search up to the next active and qualified Consultant.
Essential Services
Essential Services for Business include: V-Webs Domain and Hosting Service, V-Mail – Email
Marketing Services, V-Shops – Shopping Cart Services, and V-Train – Online Training Services.
Fast Start Bonuses
This bonus is calculated and paid on the first initial purchase of a new Customer or Consultant on
the value of the retail sale in the form of iCash and iPoints in equal value. Fast Start Bonuses are
paid on Level 1 Sales only. Additional Bonuses are paid a maximum of 10 levels to fully qualified
upline Consultants or above based on Rank in the standard Compensation Plan.
Generation
A Generation is another Downline Executive of Equal Rank, regardless of Level.
Generation Bonus
This is a Bonus paid on another Executive of the same Rank, and his entire group volume
regardless of Level.
Group Sales Volume
Group Volume includes the Personal Sales Volume (PSV) credited to an IMC and to IMC’s in the
downline of the IMC in a calendar month, down to but excluding Gold Executives or above.
iCash
iCash consists of earned Commissions and iPayments.
iCash account
An iCash account consists of earned Commissions and iPayments owed to a Preferred Customer
or IMC, but which have not yet been paid.
iCredits
iCredits are Advertising Credits which can be used in the Acesse Search Engine.
Inactive
Inactive is the term used to describe IMC’s who, beginning on the first day of the second full month
as an IMC, do not have at least 20 points of Personal Sales Volume (PSV) in the previous calendar
month.
iNetSurf AdView Program
The iNetSurf Program is an advertising channel offered by iNetGlobal which gives the ability for
Advertisers to have their websites placed on iNetGlobal’s Pay Per View platform (ad rotator) to be
viewed by thousands of people from around the world. Advertisers pay for each view of their
online ad on the iNetSurf Platform.
Infinity Bonus
An Infinity Bonus is a special 1% bonus earned by IMCs who are paid at the rank of Blue Diamond

Internet Marketing Consultant
An Internet Marketing Consultant (IMC) is an individual or entity of legal age who becomes an
independent representative of the products and services offered by the iNetGlobal.
iPoint
An iPoint equals one dollar ($1.00) spent on iNetGlobal products and services. For example, if a
Preferred Customer spends $100.00 on iNetGlobal advertising services, the Preferred Customer
receives $100 iPoints.
iPurchase
An iPurchase is the purchase of products or services which are paid with funds directly from an
IMC’s or Preferred Customer’s iCash account.
iRewards
iRewards are product incentives provided to individuals who participate in the company iNetSurf
program. Accumulated iRewards can be converted into gift certificates at the iNetSurf shop. All
Preferred Customers and Free Surfers are eligible to earn iRewards. iRewards are not
redeemable for cash or iPoints.
Leg
A leg begins with a first level IMC and includes all of the IMC’s enrolled below him or her.
Level
Level is a term used to describe the placement relationship between IMC’s or between IMC’s and
Preferred Customers. This term refers to the relationship of an IMC relative to a specific IMC or
Preferred Customer, determined by the number of IMCs between them who are related by
sponsorship. For example, if A sponsors B, who sponsors C, who sponsors D, who sponsors E,
then E is on A’s fourth level.
Marketing Consultant
Marketing Consultant is a shorter term for Internet Marketing Consultant
Monthly Position Requirement (MPR)
MPR is the time required to qualify to move up to higher executive levels. For example, C-1MO = 1
Month as Consultant, G-1MO = 1 Month as Gold Executive
Multi Level Compensation Plan
Our multi level compensation plan provides the IMC an opportunity to earn ongoing Commissions
on the purchases of your own Personal Customers and Bonuses on the sales of your Consultants /
Executives up to 10 Levels Plus Infinity Bonuses.
Organization
Organization is a term that refers to an IMC's downline Consultants and Executives of Lesser
Rank.
Organizational Sales Volume
Organization Sales Volume is the sales generated by an IMCs downline Consultants and

Overrides
Overrides are bonuses paid to Qualified IMCs based on sales activity taking place on their
downline Levels.
Paid As Title
While an IMC may have previously earned a title, his paid-as title is the highest title for which an
IMC is qualified. The paid-as title may be the same as or lower than the IMC’s actual title. Each
IMC is paid based on his or her paid-as title.
Personal Customers
An IMC’s Personal Customers are individuals or entities who purchase any iNetGlobal product or
service from an IMC that are held by the IMC in his/her inventory.
Personal Sales Volume (PSV)
Personal Sales Volume is the dollar value of the products and services an IMC purchases from the
company for their own Personal use or resale, or any products or services purchased by their
Personal Retail Customers, by the IMC’s Direct Customers, or by the IMC’s Preferred Customers
that is credited to an IMC in a calendar month. PSV is the basis upon which personal activity
requirements are measured.
Personally Enrolled
The sponsor who is identified on the application of a new recruit personally enrolls the new recruit.
Personally Sponsored
An IMC is personally sponsored by his or her current sponsor.
Point System
Point system is a method to translate real dollar values into iPoints. Currently the translation rate is
one-to-one, for example, $100 = 100 iPoints.
Preferred Customer
A preferred customer is an individual or entity who purchases a minimum amount ($20) of products
and services from iNetGlobal pursuant to the Company’s Monthly Auto Order program.
Product Package
A product package is a group of iNetGlobal products and services that are combined together as
one product offering.
Qualified
An IMC is qualified when he or she meets the minimum requirements to ensure that the IMC is
eligible to receive compensation pursuant to the iNetGlobal Compensation Plan. This entails: (1)
Compliance with the 51% Retail Sales Rule; (2) Compliance with the Two Retail Customer Rule;
and (3) being Active.
Retail Customer
A Retail Customer is a Preferred Customer, Direct Customer, or Personal Customer who is not an
IMC.
Retail Sales Commissions
Retail sales commissions are commissions paid to an IMC for personal Retail Sales to Direct
Customers and Preferred Customers from the IMC’s replicated iNetGlobal website. Welcome to iNetGlobal!

Royalty Bonus
A royalty bonus is a bonus offered only to top Executive levels based on the total Sales Volume of
their entire organization.
Sales Kit
A sales kit is the purchase required to become an Internet Marketing Consultant (IMC). The
annual cost of the Kit is $59.95. It includes a replicated company website with back office
management functions, training audio CD downloads, and downloadable sales aids. An ATM
Debit V-Card which will be mailed to you. North Dakota residents have the option to receive a
Business Kit at no charge, but such Business Kits exclude the V-Card.
Sales Team
Sales Team is a synonym for Organization, an IMC's downline Consultants and Executives of
Lesser Rank.
Sponsor
Sponsor is the term given to an IMC who introduces the opportunity to a new recruit. The sponsor
is identified on the application of the new IMC. The new IMC is personally enrolled by his sponsor.
Title
Each IMC has a title. A title reflects an achievement of several requirements for recognition. The
title for which the IMC qualifies each month (his or her paid-as title) determines eligibility for
bonuses in the Compensation Plan. The title signifies the highest position attained in the
Compensation Plan.
Upline
Upline is a term used to describe the IMC who is the sponsor of another IMC and the sponsor of
that sponsor, etc. all the way up to the Company.
